    • Mogami 29xx series analog snake cable.
      • XLPE (Cross Linked Polyethylene) insulation provides superb electrical characteristics. Rugged and flexible construction that is easy to handle, even at temperatures down to -20C (-4F).
      • Channel numbers are printed and underlined on each core jacket to ensure correct identification, regardless of which end is stripped. Outer jackets of each pair are color coded by standard resistor color code, allowing quick identification of conductor pairs. Inner conductors are also color coded based on the international standard resistor color code. Each pair is color coded by jacket and conductor color combination. Each channel has a drain wire and served (spiral) bare copper shield. The drain wire simplify termination and can be crimped by the same size contact as the inner conductor pair.
      • 100% copper braid shield.
      • Long term flexible performance.
      • Capacitance: 3.7pf/ft.
      • EZ-ID.
      • Conductor Gauge #26AWG
      • Oxygen Free Copper.

    • Metal hood, comes standard. Offers durability and shielding.
    • Metal hood with thumbscrews. For easy connect/disconnect.
    • Plastic hood with thumbscrews. Economy hood for easy connect/disconnect.

    • Custom, machine printed labels can be added on each channel end. Can be as simple as designating channel numbers or as custom as actual function of the signal on that channel. Please be specific in the Labels Boxes below the options as to what you want your labels to have printed on them.
    • Braided Tech Flex Sleeving (Flexo) can be installed over each channel. The Tech Flex does a great job of preventing tangles and looks really good, especially on stage. Used primarliy for snake cables that are connected and disconnected a lot, or that need protection. This option also comes with custom, machine printed labels on each channel end.

    • A Kellums Grip may be added to one or both ends of the snake cable. This is a wire mesh device that fits over the end of the snake. It has a loop attached to it for cable support and strain releaf.

    • These are labels that live on the overall jacket of the snake, on one end or both. You can have all types of info printed on these such as cable function and Studio/Theater/Artist/Station/Church/Owner's Name.

    • Instead of the normal solder used we can use WBT-0800, the highest quality silver solder, with 4% fine silver content. The halogen-free flux is gentle on precious metal surfaces and the melting temperature is extremely low (356F/180C).
    • This is some of the best solder out there. It works very well at conducting high frequecy signal and a lot of our customers always use it.
